3rd week of BB..=)

parade time..sq5..7 ppl nia..the smallest sq in senior section 2day..weii sq5!! what happened to u guys? T.T lai lai BB ma..^^ jia you k? =D

praise & worship..2day 1st kajang had 3 new members..keep up the good work yea..^^ so 2day we sang Hari ini, Here I am to worship & This is my desire..jason thow lead 2day..1st time i think..great job, got support frm others..=P

next is bible class..2day english senior section learnt about the story "David & the Gollieth"..ok i dono the spelling..=.= pai seh..hehe..sir thought us that we CANNOT run away from our problems, we must face it..=) remember this? sq leader ric told us b4..haha..then if we're in a problem rite, we cannot depend on ppl to change, we must change ourselves..=D

squad activity..2day we had a special programme..which is saying each member's good & bad point..must have more good point than bad yea!! don 'chai' ppl..=x so 2day we only had time to talk about anita..& according to floyd, 1 of her bad point is sometimes fa dian too much..@.@ haha..then 2day, 4 of our members didnt come..James, Philip, Sy, Kah soon & Josiah..Sy, kah soon & josiah were sick, james & philip didnt tell..=( so each other of sq members were assignned to call them up to have care & concern..^^

2nite, our church is having a talk on "xiao hai bu ben", meaning kids are not stupid..haha..so we had no badge class, skipped to drill..same 2day, we separated to our own drill squads..for SGT anson's group, 4 members joined our group..gratz!! ^^ but SGT said that 2day we drill tak ada semangat owh..=( like drill very bad & no spirit..so then after that we drilled much better..=) gambateh guys!! don let SGT down again..haha..

after that, we dismissed..=)

- frm 2day onwards, start inviting ppl to join our BB anniversary dinner yea..each person rm50, to enjoy a grand dinner & performances by us..for more information, can ask sq leader ric..our sq target is to sell 60 tickets!! bring ur mum, dad, uncle, aunty, cousin, any1 u can think of..haha..soo, gambateh!! =D

soo sry didnt get to post earlier..kinda bz..so now i have the time, pls enjoy this 'play back' memory of last week (11-12th June)'s camp..^^

11 June

every1 gathered in fellowship at 9..thx for being punctual..=) we had an introduction by RIC..

caring, discipline, cooking skills, planning skills, bravery, gospel treasure hunt, sketch, teamwork, games & bonus points from our special activity.........TALENT NIGHT!! =)

in this camp, we have a volunteer to guide us throughout this camp..and this person is.....*drum roll* ...L/CPL YEE LYNN from sq 4!! =D

so then, LYNN was incharge of our 1st programme, ice-breaking..means to make us feel comfortable with each other..=) so we had 2 games, 1st game is we have to woot each other..it trains our alertness..haha..then 2nd game MAFIA!! punishment video is at the bottom of this post..=P

next activity, planing for this afternoon's outing..^^ okay so, this camp, is not just camping in church all day long, we have a few hours in which we will go outside of the church..so, this activity now will decide where we'll go..=) each group will have to propose about where we wanna go to 2day's outing..

1st, RIC thought us something about planning..when u plan, u have to remember 4 steps:
have a leader lead the planning..
step 1 = aim
- what we wana do
- when we wana do
- where we wana do it
- why we wana do it
step 2 = objective
- means what do we wana achieve after this activity, like target lidat la..list at least 2 of them
step 3 = budget
- list down everything needed & how much money needed in details
step 4 = achievement & mistakes
- this is after the activity, u discuss what u think u did correctly & wrongly

so after RIC & LYNN chose..here are the results..=) \so matthew became our plan for 2day's outing..^^

at 12pm-1pm, group John had to cook our lunch..=) so while they were bz cooking, other members played UNO and so in fellowship hall..well, to have fellowship between members ofcoz..^^

LUNCH TIME!! ooo, every1 so hungry ady..haha..they did their best in cooking, so give them a cheer..^^ after we prayed, we started our meal..great job John..=)

after our lunch, SY from matthew brief about 2day's outing, & we prayed, & we left the church..^^ so we sat bus there, reached around 1:40+..the movie starts at 2:30, so we went to popular book store 1st..every1 went around looking ar books..then suddenly RIC found a book 'Fun With Chicken'..xD xD ngam our sq rite? =P

movie about to start, we went into the cinema room..we were watching Night at the Museum 2..damn funny larh weh!! xD a lot of funny parts..haha..altho some of our sq members don rly understand english, but the movie got subtitle, so i heard that many can understand & laugh 2gether too..^^ good sign..haha..

so then we were walking to a bus stop, when SY suddenly shout that we will miss the bus if we dont run!! so the next second, every1 started running..xD

went back church, matthew's turn to cook our dinner..so then while they were cooking, others played capt. ball..& i know got 1 team keep losing so keep kena punishments..haha good job anyway..as long as u have fun..^^

so then suddenly when eating dinner, members that din eat vege kena forced to eat, & every1 keep eating vege to add marks..xD next activity is singing by JN..we sang Soraklah hallelujah, Hari ini & this is how we overcome..=)
gospel treasure hunt..well we're not hunting for GOLD ofcoz, we're hunting for God's word..=) remember that 1 of our objectives of this camp was to know more about God? well this is one of the activities that will train us..^^ so 1st each group will get a clue, and the groups choose answers according to the Bible and it will lead u to a place..& u will have to find a thing needed & give it to ric..in this game, every1 keep 'stealing' & 'pulling' RIC to get our next clue..xD haha..

we learnt a few things through that game, like : true love comes from God, every1 is God's children, God loves us, Judgement day

so then each group will have to perform a sketch according to the clues we got & the topic is 'love between God & us'..so after 30 mins, each group performed..

luke's was abt a gangster that doesnt pay attention in class, & 2 of his classmates helped him & introduced God to him, bringing him to church..John's was abt 2 negative teenagers that enjoyed going to CC & were 'anti-Jesus', so then 2 of their friends tried very hard to bring them to church & they finally became Christians after joining a youth camp..matthew's was abt a girl, who lost her parents love as she was an orphan, so 2 friends talked to her in the bus, & telling her abt a God loving her so much & the love's unreplacable..

after that, it was time for TALENT NIGHT!! =) in this special segment, there are 2 rounds, 1st round, every1 MUST SING!! T.T 2nd round, u can show ur talent, any talent..=P each second u perform, 1 mark u will get..=D

so 1st was TA, sing little while then kena 'ding ding' ady & forced out of stage..=x then so on with many ppl..RY din sing coz she felt tired..SY sang a love song i think, haha 39 seconds!! then there was WH singing the Scotts Emulsion song..xD every1 cheer man..haha..then FL sang an old song 'i have a dream'..haha..then there was JN singing hari ini, DAN singing..erm..4got dy, sry..then PHIL singing 'liang zhi lao hu'..xD & YH also, his 1 got action sumore..xD & finally KS, he sang one rap song..2nd round any talent, TA played her pieces..kena 'ding' out..xD then JN & DAN sang again..O.o PHIL, RY, SY & some didnt do anything, so 0 marks o..then there was KS showing his takwondo skills..haha..& finally WH told us that he can pump 50 times in 1 minute..so RIC say if he pass, he will get 75 marks straight..waaa...so after we counted till 50, RIC say he use up 30 seconds only!! walaoeh!! straight 75 marks dy..& he pump damn low de leh..gratz WH..this segment sure group john win dy..xD

sir tan came after that & we told him what we did this whole day..later then, every1 went to badminton court to play UNO, carom, black & white chess..RY wasnt feeling well so she went to bed already..=( & we ate some bread + kaya when we played..that time 12+ ady..actually we were waiting for sir tan to come & play mafia with us..=x so sir tan came, & we started..so we played played & played..then sir tan call us to eat the roti canai he bought 4 us..thx sir tan!! =) so we eat eat, then masuk balik play..sir say can play 1 more time nia then have to slp ady..=( coz that time 2am+..=x so we went to bed..nites every1!! ^^

12 June

morning call at 7am by JN, & then morning exercise..we jogged around..then we had devotion by RIC..about organizing our time..these is 24hrs a day..do u spend it wisely? u have to separate ur time between, play & studies & rest..if u think u dont spend ur time wisely, make a timetable..& u must obey the timetable, it can train ur discipline skills too..in sq5, a lot of ppl spend a lot of time watching TV..=x remember to change yea..RIC say that he didnt do well in this devotion, don sad, we think u did great..xD

after that while waiting for our breakfast, we played TRUTH or DARE!! mwahahaha..i'm sure u guys know how this game goes..here are the pics of punishments..=P

with the help of our support, YH MANAGED to do 'pole' dancing once..=x altho he do little bit nia, well at least he sporting..^^

after breakfast, we had our next segment of sq activity..it's a segment we like to call 'ASK ASK ASK'..u can ask anything u wana know about each sq member..so each group has a chance to ask..& in this segment..ric say have can ask any private stuffs & the person have to reveal it..=x just as long as no one tells out to any1..it's a secret between sq5 members..=) so then this activity orh..a lot kena ask abt private stuffs like who is ur girl/boy? haha..after so much of asking, we started asking ric also..haha..well ofcoz he tell out his secret larh..just to make us tell ours..thx!! xD after that, ric asked every1 one us serious & lame questions..lame Qs to boys such as what colour underpants u wear 2day..xD & some even dono & go check 1st..=x & serious Qs like abt love life & abt our sq ofcoz..^^ every1 give support when any1 say anything la..haha thx guys..=D in this sq activity, we rly became much closer & friendlier to each other..^^

next activity..WATER GAMES!! wohoo!! rong ying couldnt play coz her skin sensative to cold water..=( so she cnt play..when others line up following groups..& one by one ric splash water at the whole body for 'warm up'..xD then 1st game..2 groups VS. in 'i die, i die'..it's like 1,2,jus la..haha..then the winner of the 'i die i die' can spray water at the loser..haha..matthew won this game..=) then 2nd game in MILO GAME!! =x haha..in this game, 1 person will have to go away 1st..then others line up in 1 line, then a few ppl will have milo in their mouths..then the 1 person that was away have to stand very close to those ppl, & guess whether the person has milo in his/her mouth..if the person guess wrongly, the ppl lining up can spit milo at the person..=x

so then 1st was TA, she guessed correctly!! but then FL spit saliva at her..T.T then next was DAN & LYNN..they kena spit by milo..xD then all force RIC to go away 1st..then we planned for every1 to have milo inside their mouths..=x so when he come, he can guess a lot correctly, but when he went to YH, he thought that don have, so he spit milo at him, then every1 faster ran to RIC & spit milo at him..xD haha damn fun larh..

after luke introduced 2day's lunch, we prayed & feasted..=D glad to see every1 so hungry..haha..& same again, every1 kena forced to eat the vege..xD after that every1 cleaned up, the left overs we 'da pao'..xD & went back..=)

wow i think i posted too long..=x there's just so many things to write!! xD

well guys..how do u think of this camp? i think it ROCKS!! i bet u guys agree too..xD actually this words cant rly show how much we enjoy this camp la..we know then good..^^ haha..remember what ric say? next yr mayb we'll have another SQUAD CAMP 2010!! =x we wana thank yee lynn for helping, son yeing for FnB, ric for guiding us & sir tan for playing Mafia with us..=x but most of all..thx soo much to sq5 for joining this squad camp!!^^ u guys have made this camp an unforgettable memory in each of our hearts..=)

1st week of BB today..=) so uniform..

parade time, wahh...junior so few people leh..where as senior a lot..juniors!! gambateh owh!! bring back all ur friends!! =D 2day, squad 5 had 12 members, keep it up..^^

Next is praise & worship..song leader ban kok!! wohoo..do u guys think he did well? i think so, every1 sang so loud..=P we sang Soraklah Hallelujah, My life is in You & Let the Heavens rejoice..we din sing let the heaven rejoice so long dy leh..=x

Bible class..for senior english section, 1st uncle butt wah told us to find a partner, then talk to him/her non-stop for 5 minutes..so for that 5 mins, the whole room so noisy..@.@ haha then so we learnt that when we talk non-stop, the person listening to u cant get to say what he/she wants..same with us & God, we always ask Him & talk to Him but God doesnt get to talk to us, coz we didnt read the Bible..so we must have a 2-way-hotline with God..we must pray & talk to Him, and at the same time read the Bible too k? =) then we also learnt how to pray..just remember the C.A.S.T.S. word..

C - confess
A - adoration & praise
S - silence
T -thanksgiving
S - supplication (for urself & others)

confess means telling God what u did wrong, adoration & praise is to love & worship God, silence means u pray to God privately, thanksgiving is to thank God for whatever that He has done for u, & finally supplications means praying for urself & others..so uncle butt wah told each group to pray, and finally he did a closing prayer..=D

Senior Chinese Section, is u guys wana share about what u learnt during badge class, feel free to tell me, & i'll post it here..=)

badge class, some members from computer knowledge class didnt pass up their homework..so guys (well, including me =x), pls don do the same mistake again..=x =x

drill..we kena pumped coz some forgot that we had to fall in following drill squads..this is to save time, so remember next time yea..and sergeant anson's group please rmb to put ur bottles at the side..O.o

squad activity..=D supposedly this activity damn fun for us..but 2day anita had to lead, so kinda boring..rly sorry yea..=x still in process of learning..=) we welcome squad 2 to join us too 2day coz their sq ldr is sick..2day we had to share about our exams & anything that happened to us during May..1st anita went out, talk little bit nia..=.= then josiah, fuyoohh..teck kien asked how josiah feel about ric as his squad ldr, he said that he support his sq ldr so he said that ric the best..ric, u must b proud yea, we got semangat..xD then felicia had to go back, so she had to share little bit..lastly ban kok shared..kesian him, he got exams after this holiday so study hard yea!! ^^

2days' the 4th saurday, so wear mufti!! ^^

after parade, praise & worship..2day jessica's the song ldr..we sang Hari Ini, Fen Xiang & Now That You're Near..fuyoh every1 sing so loud..gratz jessica & musicians..=)

4th saturday, so no bible class..so changed to squad activity..2day ric told us about sq camp..sir approved..=D wohoo!! so these are the details, please MAKE SURE ur parents know all the information..

Sq 5 Camp
Date : 11-12 June 2009
Venue : Church, outing (outside the church compound)
Objective : Learn more about God & build up the relationship between members
Target (what we want to achieve) : cooking skills, caring, teamwork & planning skills
Expenses : rm20 per person (including food, transport to outing & others)

girls, if ur parents are worried coz 2 girls and other boys, tell them not to worry..we'll have 2 officers & 2 NCOs (including girl NCOs) to guide us throughout the camp..
and if ur parents are worried about us going out of the church compound for outing, don worry, we will always put our SAFETY FIRST..

Things to Bring will be given to u all on the 6th June..and on that day pls remember to pass up ur form to anita..

announcement 2day, the person that won the "most-la er duo-for-the-day" is Daniel Tam!! i think he kena about 20+..xD

badge class, target members took their exams again..others went for Computer Knowledge class..Sir Wong taught us how to start a HTML, he gave us an kinda like an 'assignment', so remember to submit to him throught his e-mail, those that forgot his e-mail, can sms anita..=D

drill!! split to 5 groups again..halfway through it rained, so the advanced group, sir tan & SGT anson's group satyed & drilled in the rain..fuyoohh...=D girls went in the shed to drill..coz rain, onot then zhou guang dy..=x & next time drill, remember to fall in following ur drilling groups, not squads..=)

we supposedly can play captain ball, but it rained.......T.T

so we dismissed and end of BB activities..^^

after parade, praise and worship!! =D 2day song leader was jason wong, so he chose 3 songs, my Redeemer lives every1 sing damn loud..good..^^ then new chinese song 'zhui zhen gui de jiao luo' not many know how to sing..xD lastly trading my sorrows..

bible class..for senior english section, we continue learning about how to know God better..last week we learnt about the 4 steps..so today uncle butt wah gave each of us a paper, then we wrote something about us that not many know about..so then after shuffling the papers, we have to find the owner of the paper we got..so throught this game, every1 get to know 1 more thing about some1 else..^^ then we were split into 5 groups, to think about the 4th step (think through it)..b4 we did that, we read Luke 19:1-10, about Zachareus confessing..so then each group leader leads the members to think throught it..
the conclusions for each group was
- indirectly, Jesus wants us to confess our sins..like what Zachareus did..so always confess what u did wrongly..
- in life, we have to try hard to achieve something, like Zachareus, he wanted to see Jesus so much that, he had to climb a tree to have a better view..
- we have to confess our sins, Zachareus was a sinner, a tax collector..but after seeing Jesus, immedietly he changed..he took half of his property and gave it to the poor, then for the people that he cheated their money, he paid 4 times the original money he took from them..
=D

badge class, every1 learnt computer knowledge..=) today uncle weng seng, a computer pro xD teached us..we were separated into 2 groups..the not-so-pro-but-still-advanced members & the not-so-noob-but-still-dono members..=x jkjk

squad activity..2day, sq5 went to find sq6 to apologize because we realised that some of their members dislike us..we are sorry yea..and to sq5 members, if u guys are angry or bu shuang that we had to apologize, please learn from Jesus..although all the people hated Him and nail Him on the cross, yet still He forgived them..sorry yea..=( and to sq6 members, we hope that sq5 & sq6 will continue to have a close & good relationship as a company..=D 2day sq5 have a new member!! he's jia sun, this year form3 in perimbun..=) remember to try to make him feel welcomed in BB and our squad..=D and say thanks to son yeing for bringing him too..^^

drill, the same..for sergeant anson's group, practice belakang pusing and hands remember must straight with legs 90degrees..=P

after that dismissed and BB activities ended..^^

- sir tan has approved our squad camp!! 11-12th june (thursday & friday) 2 days 1 night camp for squad5..^^ forms should b given out next week..
- this year is our 1st Kajang's 40th anniversary!! =D so we are making a magazine..for all squad5 members, u are needed to write a testimony about ur opinion towards BB, or what u think about BB yea..next saturday (23rd may) MUST SUBMIT to squad leader richard..
- we have bad news again..T.T few weeks back mark went back to his mum, and this monday, our squad member james is going back too..T.T altho we are sad coz he cant b joining us & having fun together, but he will b happy with his mum & sister now..=) still pray for him & if u want to get in touch with him, u can get his number from me, anita..^^

2nd week of may 2day..=) after parade, was praise and worship..thx for showing support..=D

bible class..a session during BB to teach BB members more abt God..^^ 2day english seniors learnt about 4 steps on understanding God..1st step is to pray to God, we pray to God so that when we can understand His words and confessing our sins..2nd step is to read the Bible..3rd step is asking the 5 'W's..who,where,what,when,why..we learnt about Jesus calming the storm..so whenever u read the Bible, ask urself those 5 'W's..4th step is the think it through..like after reading the Bible, how does it affect ur life..=)

badge class!! citizenship, haha..7 ppl pass only..=x lois, teck kien, feli, han jon, jessica, melvin & mei lan..gratz to them..others................haha try harder ya..=x those that failed but higher than 40marks, can retake citizenship exam on 2nd june, 10:30am-2pm..study hard!!

drill..again split to 5 groups..and each group practising their own weaknesses..=D jia you..

after that was sqaud activity!! firstly, gratz to yew hong coz he came 2day to BB!! ^^ then sq5 discussed about our sq outing..=) so our sq leader ric's idea was to have a 2day1night camp at church!! only for sq5 members!! ^^ so every1 agreed la..=D but then we not yet propose to sir, so have to have backup plan 1st, incase sir don let..so last last sat, ric told each of us to think of what we wanna do during sq outing..so 2day we had to present..

1st, dan didn't think, so owe us 5 la er duo..xD

then josiah's idea was to play golf, objective is to mengeratkan hubungan..but no one voted for that, coz expenses problem gua..xD

floyd, his idea was anything..=.= so kena 5 also..xD

wai hoeng..fuyoh every1 ady guessed what he gonna say..his idea was to go jogging 2gether..objective is so that sq5 will b healthier..=D 1 person voted..

my idea was to go hang gai & watch movie..i choose this coz normally if we go watch movie with friends dam syi0k ma..so i thought mayb sq5 will syi0k lo..no one voted..=x

rong ying didnt think, so kena 5 la er duo also..xD

son yeing's idea walao..he say 2 choices, go roller..his objective is coz when roller, we sure fall down, & life teaches us that whenever we fall or struggle in life, must learn to bangkit semula, so when we fall during roller, must learn to stand up back..xD damn funny la every1 laughed damn loud..most voted for this too tho..=P so this is our backup plan..xD

yew hong didnt come, so he dono have to think, so din kena..

then james din think also, so kena 5 la er duo..xD

so damn funny, ric was talking and suddenly josiah cut his line, so kena 5 la er duo..then later he cut agn, kena another 5..xD

owh yea 4gt to tell..for sq5 leh, we got 2 tradition..xD i mean our way la..our way of 'encouraging' sq members to share infront of us during sq activity is like when they pai seh, then other sq5 members will start calling him/her chicken, then the person wont pai seh dy..=) main members that kena 'chicken-ed' is josiah, james & daniel..xD then whenever some1 make noise when ric talking, or didnt listen, ric dont pump them, he call those members to go infront of other sqs, & la er duo 5 times for one mistake..xD so damn funny..like our punishment laa..so far alot kena..=x

- thx to han jie for remembering to tell us that he wont b coming to BB and his reason..=)
